Install or update the app and complete the welcome screen. Open Settings → Upgrade to Pro, switch from the default Monthly plan to Lifetime, and confirm it shows $0.00. Tap “Unlock Pro for life · $0.00” and proceed only if Apple’s confirmation sheet also shows $0.00 with no charge. After a successful claim, Settings should show “FacilityLog Pro — Active.” Downloading the app alone does not activate Lifetime.
