Install and try Swish, then send the developer a private message through the official Reddit post with genuine feedback: what you liked, an improvement idea, or a bug you found. The developer says they will send a Lifetime code in return. Do not send only a code request—those messages will not be accepted. When you receive the Apple redemption link, verify the final Apple screen shows a free redemption before confirming.
