Follow the specific instruction
Download and open the app, then go to Settings → Upgrade to Pro. Select Lifetime (Yearly may be selected by default) and verify that the price shows $0.00. Continue only if Apple's purchase confirmation sheet also shows $0.00, then confirm the one-time purchase.
The final Apple screen must show zero or no charge. If you see a price, cancel.
