Meta has expanded Muse to the iPad after initially launching the app on iPhone and later bringing it to the Mac. Muse is positioned as a proactive AI assistant that can handle multi-step tasks with user approval instead of only answering isolated prompts.
The update also adds more connectors. Muse can work with services including Asana, Canva, Dropbox, Figma, GitHub, QuickBooks and Zoom, together with selected Meta business tools. A user can provide a goal—such as preparing marketing material or a client presentation—and the app can coordinate the necessary steps while requesting approval before important actions.
The iPad release matters because the larger display and multitasking environment can make longer AI workflows, reviewing results and combining Muse with other apps more practical. Muse is available as a free download from the App Store, although access to individual features and connectors may vary by region and connected account.
