Apple has expanded language support for the redesigned Health app to global English, Simplified and Traditional Chinese, French, Japanese, Korean, Norwegian, Portuguese, Spanish, Turkish, and Vietnamese. The new experience is available in the iOS 27.3 developer beta, with a public rollout planned for later this year.
A new Insights tab brings together heart, sleep, readiness, fitness, vitals, and cycle-tracking data. The For You section uses those signals to offer personalized recommendations, while the Longevity tab focuses on longer-term trends across heart health, movement, sleep, mental wellbeing, hearing, and nutrition.
Health Age compares Apple Watch measurements — including VO₂ max, resting heart rate, sleep, and heart-rate variability — with a person's chronological age. Users can also add clinical laboratory results such as A1c and LDL cholesterol for a broader view of long-term health.
The update also introduces at-home assessments for flexibility, strength, balance, and movement mechanics using the iPhone camera and Apple Watch. Apple says the processing happens on device and that video is not recorded, stored, or shared. Feature availability will vary by device, region, language, and user age.
