Oct 15, 2026 · · AppDrop News

Updated October 31, 2026. Apple's official announcement confirms that the first Apple Intelligence features in mainland China will enter developer beta testing on November 4, with general availability planned for December as part of iOS 27.3. This supersedes earlier reports that testing would begin in late October.

The initial rollout includes Live Translation, Writing Tools, Visual Intelligence, Clean Up in Photos, Genmoji, summaries for mail and notifications, and improvements to existing Siri capabilities. Apple's partnership with Alibaba enables Qwen assistance for certain Siri, Writing Tools and Visual Intelligence requests. The new Siri AI and other next-generation features announced at WWDC 2026 are not included in this release.

Apple lists supported iPhones including iPhone 15 Pro/Pro Max, iPhone 16 and later, iPhone Air and iPhone Duo, subject to language and regional requirements. This is a China-specific announcement and does not establish availability in Serbia. Source: Apple Newsroom, October 31, 2026.

Context and what to check

For Apple devices and services, availability, features and launch timing can differ by market. AppDrop links to the original source and avoids presenting regional availability as universal unless it has been confirmed.

If the story affects a purchase or upgrade decision, check official specifications, local availability and support for the features that matter to you. The article gives a concise overview, while final compatibility and availability details should be confirmed with Apple or the developer.
